Whilst checking for updates to our
Titan Poker Review we noticed that the Mediterranean Poker Cruise Monte Carlo Tournament qualifiers were nowhere to be found. We stated in our review that there is a Monte Carlo Main Event Super satellite on the 6th January 2008 with direct buy in for $110 to win Poker Cruise packages to this event. We spoke to the people at Titan Poker and they told us:-
"this tournament series run by Titan Poker was cancelled by its organizer and has been removed from the software and the website. The three winners of the November 18 Super Satellite are being awarded cash prizes."
So, that’s a disappointment if you were looking forward to ...

With only 11 players registered so far this qualifier is a bargain even if you buy in direct for $35.
Party Poker are offering a $7,500 package to the Conrad Poker Tour Final being held from the 6th - 9th December in Punta del Este, Uraguay. The $7,500 winners package includes $2,500 buy in to the tournament, with an extra $2,500 for rebuys if you take that option, if not, then that’s extra spending money for you. Around the beginning of this month Full Tilt Poker changed their sign-up page to request a 'referral code' instead of a 'bonus code' to claim your first deposit bonus. We're not quite sure why they did this, nor do we really care - it's only a word after all. We just wanted to make sure everyone knew that bonus codes and referral codes are exactly the same thing and our own Full Tilt bonus code (oops,
Full Tilt referral code) FULTBONUS is still valid for a 100% match of your first deposit upto $600 plus entry to all future
Pokernews freerolls at Full Tilt.

For those who missed the ESPN shows, here are the results for the Full Tilt High Stakes Golf tournaments.
Event 1
Each player put in a $1m wager (yes, that’s $1,000,000) and split into teams for a Three Man Team Scramble with $1m to be won per hole for 9 holes. When the teams drew for a hole (in other words it was a tie), no blood (no money) was won for that particular hole. So this is how the lads finished…

2nd Daniel Negreanu, Erick Lindgren and Josh Arieh won 1 hole (4) - prize $1m.
